Tibumana Waterfall

Tibumana is one of the beautiful hidden waterfalls near Ubud area. It has very easy access, the visitor only need 5 minute drive off the main road, then continue with 10 minutes walk to reach the waterfall. When the visitors keep posting their photos at the waterfall, Tibumana starting to get the popularity among travelers. But still less crowded than Tegenungan or Tukad Cepung waterfall. Before arriving at the Tibumana waterfall, the visitors will the lush green forest and another smaller waterfall. Tibumana Waterfall is safe for swimming at the pool no current. But not allowed to swim right under the waterfall, might the rocks and branches can fall to pool.

How to get Tibumana Waterfall :

It is easy to get Tibumana Waterfall, from Ubud centre it is just a 15 km or can be reached by 20 minutes by car or motorbike. From Kuta need about 1 hour 30 minutes by car to the north east. If you plan to go to Tibumana Waterfall recommend to you to hire a car with experience driver for smooth trip to this waterfall.

If you are looking for the best photo, visit the waterfall in the morning will be the best idea. Also, if you want to have the entire waterfall for yourself, early morning visit is your only option to have. If you just want to visit and soaking in the natural pool, Tibumana waterfall open from morning until late afternoon.

Entrance fee to Tibumana Waterfall :

Same as other waterfalls, to visit Tibumana waterfall applies a small entrance fee only IDR 30,000 (less than US $3). The entrance ticket can be purchased in the small booth near the car park. The local community also provides the simple locker you can rent one for IDR 10.000 (US $ 1)
